Chandler Alt is an attorney at Sullivan & Cook, LLC, where he practices in both civil and family law. Licensed in October 2024, Chandler brings a unique blend of corporate finance expertise and legal acumen to his practice.
Prior to joining Sullivan & Cook, he served as a Finance Analyst at Lockheed Martin, where he managed program metrics and forecasting for Department of Defense programs valued at $2.5 billion. While at Lockheed Martin, Chandler also maintained a U.S. Department of State top-secret security clearance.
A graduate of UNT Dallas College of Law, Chandler’s diverse background includes experience with the Dallas City Attorney’s Office, Texas Attorney General’s Office, and Collin County District Attorney’s Office. His time at a boutique law firm has given him particular insight into complex real estate and estate planning matters.
While at UNT Dallas College of Law, Chandler participated in the 2023 ABA Tax-Law Student Challenge and served as Treasurer for the UNT Chapter of the Christian Legal Society.
Chandler’s approach to law is solutions-oriented, combining his strong analytical skills with practical knowledge to achieve optimal outcomes for his clients. Beyond his legal practice, he maintains an active Texas Real Estate Salesperson License.
When not practicing law, Chandler enjoys the outdoors, particularly hunting and fishing with his older brother, Cole. Chandler also is an avid cook and gardener, growing vegetables at his plot in Lake Highlands year-round.
