Vincent L. Stein is of Counsel to Sullivan & Cook, LLC. He is a graduate of Stanford University School of Law (1982), and is licensed to practice law in California and Texas. After practicing law with law firms in California and Texas, Vince has been associated with Sullivan & Cook (and its predecessor, Sullivan, Parker & Cook) for twenty-five years. In addition to providing legal assistance to small and medium size businesses in transactional matters (including the formation and operation of businesses and other commercial matters), He also provides legal services to clients in the areas of estate planning, probate, construction, real estate, and employment law.
