Adam graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1991. Shortly thereafter, Adam began taking graduate-level courses in pursuit of a master’s degree in social welfare. While immersed in his studies, Adam decided that a career in law would satisfy his desire to help others while simultaneously providing an intellectually stimulating career. Adam then moved to Dallas, Texas, where he attended the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University. During law school, Adam had the honor of working as a summer intern for former Dallas Court of Appeals Justice Sue Lagarde. Adam graduated law school in May of 2000 and subsequently went into private practice.

Adam has successfully represented both large and small businesses in a wide variety of matters. Adam has devoted a large portion of his practice over the last several years to employment, complex business, and construction litigation, and has experience defending and prosecuting a wide array of business-related claims, including contract disputes, employment disputes, bond claims, commercial lease disputes, professional negligence actions, Deceptive Trade Practices Act claims, and premises liability and personal injury claims.
